Fango Privacy Policy
Fango does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested. We do not rent, sell or exchange your name to third-party companies for their marketing purposes.
When you make a purchase, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card. If your order is to be shipped, we also need the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s). The information you provide is only used to: bill your credit card for purchases, schedule deliveries of products you purchase, respond to your customer inquiries and to confirm & track your order.

We provide our website and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise stated herein.
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
Fango Service Policies
Fango employs licensed professionals who care about their work. Not only do they look to provide the quality of service that you deserve at a premier day spa, they also know your time is valuable and always endeavor to begin and complete your services on time. If you're early, our receptionist will be happy to provide tea or beverage before you begin your service. When your service is complete, we will provide prompt check-out. We accept payments by cash, credit card and personal check with proper identification. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards and Debit cards.
For large parties and bridal parties, we require a credit card deposit to book & hold reservations. This deposit is fully refundable if canceled 30 or more days prior to the scheduled services. Please call or email us for inquiries.
Fango Day Spa of Sedona is a very popular day spa destination and reservations are always recommended. During peak bridal and tourist season, we recommend making reservations several months prior to a scheduled bridal date for parties of 4 or more. Although we will attempt to accommodate any changes or additions on the day of service, we cannot guarantee any services that have not been booked prior to your arrival.
Return Policy
We gladly refund or exchange any unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase. We will also refund any Gift Certificates that are returned and unused within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be shipped at your expense. All refunds we will be issued to the original pay type.
